CEglobal ("we", "us", or "our") provides the PicPost mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use PicPost.
PicPost lets you capture photos and videos, import media, add notes, organize items in an album, and share selected content with other apps. PicPost does not require a CEglobal account to use its main features.
Photos, videos, and notes you create or import may be stored locally in the app's storage on your device. CEglobal does not operate a server for collecting the contents of photos, videos, or notes that users store in PicPost.
PicPost may request camera and microphone access when you choose to take photos or record videos. When you choose to import photos or videos, the app uses the Android media selection interface to access the items you select. These capabilities are used to provide features you request.
Imported media is copied into PicPost's app storage. Original files in your device's gallery are not modified by importing or deleting the imported copies within PicPost.
Notes associated with photos or videos are stored in the app. When you choose to share content, selected photos, videos, or notes may be passed to the destination app through Android's sharing features. Some sharing options may copy note text to your device's clipboard so you can paste it into a post. Content you share is then handled under the receiving app's privacy policy.
If advertisements are enabled in a version of PicPost, advertising providers may process information such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP addresses, app interactions, or diagnostic data under their own privacy policies. Refer to the disclosures provided by the applicable advertising service.
PicPost may use Google Firebase services for analytics, diagnostics, and app improvement. Depending on the services enabled, Google may process technical information such as device information, app interaction data, identifiers, crash information, and diagnostic data.

CEglobal does not sell users' personal information. Information may be processed by service providers to support enabled app functions, analytics, diagnostics, or security. Photos, videos, and notes are shared with other apps only when you initiate a sharing action. Information may also be disclosed if required by applicable law or a valid legal request.
We take reasonable measures to protect information handled through PicPost. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Users should protect their devices and back up important content.
Locally stored photos, videos, and notes generally remain in PicPost until you delete them, clear app data, or uninstall the app. Uninstalling PicPost may permanently remove app-private files. Copies that remain in your device's gallery are managed separately. Data processed independently by third-party services is subject to their retention and deletion policies.
PicPost is not specifically directed to children. The app does not require a CEglobal account to use its main features.
PicPost may be available in multiple countries. Third-party service providers may process technical information in countries other than the country where you reside, subject to applicable laws and their own privacy policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy when PicPost's features, services, or legal requirements change. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
